These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, digital platforms, and services provided via WhatsApp. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

  • The Company / Tatawwar: Tatawwar Global Information Technology.
  • User / Client: Any natural or legal person utilizing the technical services or communicating through the company's digital channels.
  • Services: Software solutions, IT infrastructure, and automated communication tools (including system-integrated WhatsApp services).

2. Permitted & Acceptable Use

  • Our services must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from using our services or communication channels to transmit any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes upon third-party rights.
  • Any attempt to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer the software, or introduce malicious code into our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: The client agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete data during registration or service inquiries.
  • Account Security: The client bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and accounts.
  • Proper Conduct: Users must not abuse communication channels (e.g., sending spam or excessive messages via WhatsApp), which could jeopardize system integration.

4. Service Availability & Technical Limits

Tatawwar strives to deliver stable and secure services with high availability. However, due to the technical nature of the internet and integration with third-party providers (such as Meta platforms or cloud infrastructure), the company does not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, source codes, UI/UX designs, and proprietary materials displayed on our platforms are the exclusive property of Tatawwar Global Information Technology and are protected under KSA copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatawwar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Misuse or unauthorized use of the services by the user.
  • Technical failures beyond the company's reasonable control (e.g., telecom network outages).
  • Commercial decisions or financial losses incurred through the use of our software solutions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah.
